Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in operations or business strategy, with fluency in German and English. We are currently expanding to Germany and looking for an experienced operator to join us on the ground. This is a both strategic and operational role with core focus on operational effectiveness and market expansion — while still having exposure to strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
You’ll be the go-to person for solving cross-functional bottlenecks, improving daily operations, and helping the leadership team execute high-priority projects. You’ll own internal workflows, coordinate logistics and customer-facing processes, and make sure the business runs smoother as it scales.
