Job Description

Your mission

1. Serve as the right hand to our CEO and leadership team
2. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across teams and functions
3. Drive mission-critical projects forward with speed and precision
4. Manage communications, coordination, and confidential topics across internal and external stakeholders
5. Support executive decision-making with structured input and situational awareness

Your profile

1. Former German Armed Forces officer (SaZ13 or equivalent), ideally at the Hauptmann/Kaleu level
2. Proven leadership and coordination skills
3. Comfortable handling internal operations, stakeholder management, and supporting senior leadership
4. Fluency in German and English

Nice-to-Have:

1. French officers deployed in Germany
2. Academic background in engineering or a STEM field
3. Experience in Special Forces (SOF), Mountain Infantry (GebJg), Paratroopers (FallschirmJg), Electronic Warfare (Eloka), or Civil-Military Cooperation (ZCO)
4. French language skills
