Job Title: Chief of Staff – Europe & APAC

About the Company

We are a rapidly growing Web3 company pioneering innovation in the crypto and decentralized finance space. As we prepare for a major product launch in Q3 and accelerate our footprint across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, we’re seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to join the executive team. This strategic role will be critical in shaping regional operations, cross-functional alignment, and organizational scale as we enter a defining phase of global growth.

Role Overview

As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership, overseeing operational excellence, talent expansion, and cross-border alignment across Europe and APAC. You will help drive business priorities, establish scalable processes, and ensure cultural cohesion across distributed teams. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and globally minded operator who thrives in high-growth, mission-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to drive high-priority initiatives, facilitate executive alignment, and ensure clarity and accountability across leadership.
  • Coordinate the execution of strategic plans across Europe and APAC markets, translating global objectives into regional action.
  • Lead the preparation of board materials, investor updates, and strategic reviews.
  • Support market entry and team expansion across the EU, UK, Singapore, Australia, and other key APAC hubs.
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives in recruiting, compliance, and operations, ensuring alignment with local regulations and cultural expectations.
  • Implement scalable systems and OKR frameworks to drive clarity and accountability.
  • Collaborate with People Ops and local leaders to develop culture-forward engagement and retention strategies tailored to distributed, multicultural teams.
  • Support regional leadership hiring, onboarding, and performance frameworks to build high-performing teams.
  • Champion DEI principles and inclusive practices in remote-first environments.
  • Identify bottlenecks and streamline decision-making across departments and time zones.
  • Optimize internal communications and lead cross-functional planning cycles.
  • Align finance, legal, and people teams on headcount planning, compensation, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 7+ years in a Chief of Staff, strategy, or senior operations role within high-growth tech, Web3, or fintech companies.
  • Demonstrated success scaling teams or programs across Europe and/or APAC in distributed or global organizations.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Deep understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and cross-cultural leadership.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and employment frameworks across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
  • Excellent communicator with strong analytical skills, executive presence, and a bias for action.
  • Fluent in English (other regional languages are a plus).
