RxREVU, Inc. is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the founders and drive top-priority initiatives across go-to-market operations, internal systems, and cross-functional strategy.

You will turn ambitious plans into measurable progress and own execution across critical functions. Responsibilities include advancing priorities, building repeatable GTM processes, developing the operational backbone, and leading strategic projects from research to delivery.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years in a high-performance environment such as consulting, venture investing, a high-growth startup, or founding a company.
• Hands-on daily experience with AI tools and understanding their practical capabilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience building or improving operational systems and supporting go-to-market execution.

About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the founders of an AI procurement software company to drive its highest-priority initiatives. You will own execution across go-to-market operations, internal systems, and cross-functional strategy, helping the team turn ambitious plans into measurable progress.
