Role Overview: The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's security strategy, architecture, and roadmap, ensuring protection of information assets, and communicating security strategies to leadership.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and supervising the implementation of a long-term information security and risk management strategy.
2. Creating security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines in line with ISO27001 and TISAX.
3. Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
4. Partnering with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure security compliance in technology development.
5. Managing incident response and investigating security breaches.
6. Reporting security risks and practices to executive management and the board.

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or related fields.
• Security management certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, Lead Auditor).
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 or TISAX frameworks.
• Experience in vendor negotiations and management.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.
• Leadership qualities and ability to motivate teams.
