We are looking for dedicated reinforcement for our cyber security team in Bocholt.

Job Responsibilities:

• Head of the Cybersecurity team and management of the Regional Cybersecurity Officer

• Implementation and management of a cybersecurity framework based on ISO/IEC 27001 and design of the further development and structure of organisation, policies, processes, services

• Implementation of a Security Operations Centre and responsibility for the management and operation of the corresponding services and suppliers (e.g. Vulnerability Management, SIEM, CERT, Endpoint Potection and Network Security)

• Monitoring the performance of the cybersecurity management system and communication management

Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education and Experience:

• University degree in the field of (business) informatics or cybersecurity

• Relevant professional experience, especially in the field of cybersecurity

• You are familiar with frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, ITIL and COBIT

• You can evaluate and manage capabilities such as vulnerability management, SIEM, CERT, endpoint protection and the underlying technologies

• Relevant certification (e.g. CISM or CISSP) and initial experience in managing employees are desirable

• Strong communication skills in an international environment as well as an analytical, structured and results-orientated approach; business fluent in German and fluent in English
