• Global responsibility for IT and OT security at Röhm and assumption of the function of Compliance Officer IT / OT.
• Further development of the IT / OT security processes and architecture, as well as their policies and communication of the requirements in the organization.
• Structured identification of security gaps and risks (by means of pen testing, audits, etc.) and the creation of suitable concepts for defense, including effectiveness testing of the implemented measures.
• Review of planned changes to the IT / OT landscape as part of projects, assessment of IT / OT security risks and advice on the design of suitable protective measures to achieve the desired security level.
• Identification and assessment of cybersecurity risks for Röhm based on the global threat situation and derivation of suitable protective measures

Your personality : You are characterized by strong leadership and communication skills as well as a high degree of discretion and a sense of responsibility.

University degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.

You have several years of experience in a responsible position in the field of IT and OT security. You are familiar with the special challenges in the area of OT security and know how to master them.

You have extensive experience in the design, creation, operation and risk assessment of IT and OT security infrastructures

You are familiar with the relevant legal requirements as well as norms and standards in the field of IT and OT security
