We seek a dynamic and visionary Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our leadership team, either in-office or remotely.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and expand the client base.
  • Business development: Identify and develop new client opportunities, leveraging digital marketing trends.
  • Marketing: Enhance marketing initiatives to align with growth goals and target audiences.
  • Team collaboration: Lead and motivate cross-departmental teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Performance monitoring: Assess and optimize growth strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new ideas.

Candidate profile:

  • Proven experience in driving growth in digital marketing or agency environments.
  • Extensive knowledge in business development and marketing, with understanding of digital channels and customer acquisition.
  • Degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Hands-on mentality and proactive approach to projects.
  • Experience with digital tools like CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1–C2) and German (B2+); knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Jira is desirable.
