Privatal has been mandated by a private equity investor in their search for a new group CFO for their portfolio company in the healthcare service sector. The company is mid-way through its investment cycle and is looking for someone with deep expertise and a track record in optimization and exit readiness.

The CFO Profile

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare services, outpatient services, MVZ, radiology, hospitals, or similar decentralised business models.
• Demonstrated experience in integration, consolidation, and value creation after a heavy buy-and-build strategy
• Demonstrated experience in M&A and sourcing M&A as a part of a buy-and-build strategy is seen as must, exit experience is favourable.
• Demonstrated experience in presenting numbers to investors, board members, banks, and collaborate closely with the CEO and the rest of the management.
• Demonstrated experience in finance, as a CFO, ideally as a Group CFO for minimum 10 years.
• Demonstrated experience in private equity-backed portfolio companies is seen as an advantage
• Fluent in German and English is a must.
