Job Title: Co-Founder & CEO (Business Lead)

Must-Haves

Small molecule drug development experience

Raised Seed + Series A from VCs or family offices

Prior CEO or biotech founder track record

Activities

Lead indication selection & fundraising (€2–5M seed, then Series A)

Build governance, structure & early partnerships

Transition to full-time CEO after funding

Contractual setup

Initial: 1–2 days/week | Long-term: Full-time CEO role

Compensation: Founder equity → salaried CEO post-seed
