An exceptional CEO opportunity to join a scaling innovative robotics spin-off company dedicated to revolutionizing the robotics industry by ensuring safe interactions with robots. Initially for manufacturing and subsequently expanding into other robotic embodiments.

The CEO will collaborate closely with the founding team, strategically shaping the company's trajectory and defining core market strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, entrepreneurial spirit, a deep understanding of robotics technology, and a proven track record in scaling company’s and building strategic partnerships.

The opportunity & Responsibilities

• Translate company goals into operational plans and performance metrics.
• Network Management : Cultivate and expand a high-level network within the ecosystem.
• Board Structuring : Proactively structure the board of directors to optimize company value.
• Company Visibility : Elevate the company's profile and ensure its value proposition is widely recognized within the international ecosystem.
• Act as a thought leader and advocate within robotics and automation ecosystems, influencing industry standards, collaborations, and regulatory frameworks.
• Talent Acquisition & Development : Attract and retain top-tier engineering and product talent, building an exceptional organization.
• Scalable Growth Management : Strategically scale operations and supply chain infrastructure to sustain accelerated company growth and global market penetration.
• Follow on fundraising : Strategically engage with a network of investors and drive efficient fundraising initiatives.
• P&L responsibility, manage financial reporting, KPIs, and investor relations

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Leadership Experience : Demonstrated success in leading a robotics company, with a preference for start-up or scale-up environments.
• Industry Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of robotics and physical AI trends and developments. Hands-on experience in robotics and / or AI product development in order to shape efficiently the strategy and balance the long-term vision and short-term execution.
• Customer-Centric Orientation : Experience in directly engaging high-value customers and partners to shape product strategy, accelerate market adoption, and build strategic relationships.
• Established network in the VC community and proven track record in fundraising.
• Robotics Sensing experience / Safety Rated Technology experience / Building a certified product experience is a big plus.
