Comp: $5,000–$8,000 base + up to 25% bonus on commercialization revenue

Production Target: $50,000/month in production revenue (sponsors, paid speaking, partner deals, premium collaborations)

Why this role exists

We’re building The Exit Studio into the #1 home for Investopreneurs—founders who build equity, unlock capital, and always be exiting. Our flywheel is strong (podcast, newsletter, community, platform, IP), but the biggest unlock now is a single owner to commercialize the founder’s creativity every day.

Enter you: a competitive closer who treats podcasts, appearances, content, and relationships like inventory—sourcing, packaging, and selling them into cash flow now and capital later.

What you’ll own (outcomes over activities)1) Monetize the Founder’s Creativity
  • Turn every podcast, guest spot, talk, article, and IP drop into lead-gen and revenue.
  • Build simple campaigns around each appearance (CTA → capture → convert to The Exit Studio, platform trials, kits, bundles).
2) Book & Negotiate High-Value Visibility
  • Maintain a rolling pipeline of sponsors, paid speaking, podcast tours, conferences, and JV collabs.
  • Pitch, package, and close multi-month, multi-platform deals that lock in recurring sponsor revenue.
3) Manage & Grow the Investopreneur Community
  • Convert audience energy into measurable production—trial starts, kit sales, Exit Studio enrollments.
  • Orchestrate weekly engagement moments that map to our cadence (Mon kickoffs, Wed workshops, Fri retros, weekly bundles).
4) Tie it all to our IP
  • Make sure every commercial win strengthens our Valuation Method story.

What success looks like (90 days)
  • A steady ramp to $50k+/mo in production revenue from sponsors/events/partner deals.
  • 2–5 booked appearances per week (mix of podcasts, stages, strategic collabs).
  • Growing, engaged community with clear conversion paths (front-end offers → Exit Studio → platform).
  • Monthly Revenue & Capital Report showing lift to profitability score and valuation drivers.

Day-to-day (your operating rhythm)
  • Pipeline first: daily outbound to sponsors, events, partners; weekly forecasting.
  • Package + pitch: create sponsor/event packages tied to our content calendar and community moments.
  • Commercialize content: every founder appearance is pre-wired with a CTA, landing page, and follow-up sequence.
  • Close the loop: review Friday retros → ship offers in the Sunday/Monday window.
  • Report clearly: one scoreboard the founder can glance at and know we’re winning.

Minimum experience
  • 2–4+ years in sponsorship sales, partnerships, media booking, commercial/BD, or a comparable “producer” role.
  • Evidence of closing multi-channel sponsorships or paid speaking deals.
  • Comfort building simple funnels: CTA → capture → nurture → conversion (we’ll help with tools and IP).
  • Strong writing + negotiation + relationship management.
Compensation & upside
  • Base: $5,000–$8,000/month (experience-based).
  • Bonus: Up to 25% of commercialization revenue you drive (sponsors, paid speaking, partner deals, premium collabs) — paid monthly.
  • Example: at the $50k/mo target, bonus potential up to $12.5k.
  • Performance accelerators for multi-month sponsor commitments and new flagship partnerships.
  • Clear path to expand scope and upside as we scale The Exit Studio.
Commercialization revenue = net-new revenue you originate and close from sponsorships, paid appearances, collaborations, and partner programs tied to the founder’s brand and IP.
Our cadence (so you know the field you’re playing on)
  • Monday: Accountability Kickoff (set the sprint, set the offer).
  • Wednesday: Workshops / live value moments (great for sponsors + collabs).
  • Friday: Retro (what converted, what ships next).
  • Weekly: Bootstrapper Bundles and community drops tied to CTAs.
  • Always: The Exit Studio promise—build equity, unlock capital. Exit with ownership.
How we’ll evaluate you
  1. Craft – Can you package our assets into compelling offers?
  2. Pipeline – Can you build and manage a real book of business?
  3. Close – Can you negotiate clean deals at healthy margins?
  4. Conversion – Do appearances actually turn into money and members?
