Cleaning Chemicals Primarily: Solvents, Detergents, degreasers etc.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue, margin growth, and customer acquisition across global markets.
  • Lead and manage the sales, marketing, customer service, and product management teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international chemical markets.
  • Drive key customer relationships, contract negotiations, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends, including regulatory changes affecting the chemical sector (e.g. REACH, TSCA).
  • Work closely with R&D and operations to align commercial strategies with product innovation and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams on pricing strategies, forecasting, and margin optimization.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate commercial success and team effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and with key stakeholders.
