Responsibilities:

1. Independent weighing of raw materials and preparation of production batches according to predefined recipes until completion.
2. Checking the production plan at shift handover and preparing the shift handover report at the end of the shift.
3. Quality inspection, detection of defects, and entry in the defect list.
4. Monitoring of fat silo and lime silo levels as well as other raw material quantities for the planned production in cooperation with the work preparation and the warehouse.
