Responsibilities:

• Independent weighing of raw materials and preparation of production batches according to predefined recipes until completion
• Checking the production plan at shift handover and preparing the shift handover report at the end of the shift
• Quality inspection, detection of defects and entry in the defect list
• Monitoring of fat silo and lime silo levels as well as other raw material quantities for the planned production in cooperation with the work preparation and the warehouse
