Job summary

Gulp Ag in Leverkusen sucht eine/n Chemielaborant/in bzw. Quality Analyst (m/w/d) zur eigenständigen Instrumental- und Nasschemie-Analytik.

Sie überwachen die Qualität und Prozesse in einem modernen Laborumfeld, führen Analysen durch, bedienen und warten Messinstrumente und dokumentieren Ergebnisse gemäß interner Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als chemischer Laborant bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung mit analytischen Methoden wie GC, Titration und physikalisch-chemischen Tests.
• Gute SAP-, LIMS- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Hohe Sicherheitsorientierung und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.

Responsibilities

• Eigenständige Durchführung und Auswertung instrumenteller und nasschemischer Analysen.
• Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Produktqualität und laufender Produktionsprozesse.
• Bedienung, Wartung und Überwachung moderner Laborgeräte und Messinstrumente.
• Dokumentation und Auswertung aller Analysen- und Messresultate.
• Einhaltung interner Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards im Labor.

For a leading chemical company in Leverkusen, we are seeking a dedicated Chemical Laboratory Technician / Quality Analyst (m/f/d) for instrumental and wet chemical analysis to join their team as soon as possible. In this responsible position, you will be responsible for independent quality and process monitoring in a modern laboratory environment. Your responsibilities will include: Independent execution and evaluation of instrumental and wet chemical analyses; Consistent monitoring of product quality and ongoing production processes; Professional operation, maintenance, and monitoring of modern laboratory equipment and testing instruments; Documentation and evaluation of all analysis and measurement results; Compliance with and assurance of internal quality and safety standards in laboratory operations.

• Successfully completed training as a chemical laboratory assistant or a comparable qualification
• Solid practical experience with common analytical methods such as GC, titration and physicochemical tests.
• User knowledge of SAP, LIMS and the common MS Office applications
• Excellent German skills, both written and spoken, as well as an independent and structured work style.
• Strong safety awareness when handling chemicals and high teamwork skills
