Responsibilities:

• Develop lubricants for the automotive industry, process development applications, and coordinate their technical implementation.
• From idea to laboratory and pilot samples, develop products to series production readiness.
• Propose raw material selections and develop alternatives with our raw materials management team.
• Create necessary documents for formulations, manufacturing specifications, functional specifications, FMEA, laboratory reports, and test plans.
• Collaborate closely with other departments in interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• Completed laboratory training (e.g., chemical laboratory technician, CTA, or comparable) with strong chemistry knowledge.
• Enthusiastic about complex tasks and laboratory work.
• Quickly adapt to new topics such as lubrication or tribology.
• Value independent work and creative freedom.
• Excellent German skills and good English skills.
