For our Research & Development centers in Schwalbach and Kronberg, we are seeking laboratory assistants with completed vocational training or apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory assistant, physics laboratory assistant, chemical-technical assistant, or a comparable qualification.
This role is not a management position and does not require a university degree. We are looking for qualified candidates to join our Research and Development team at our German Innovation Center.

YOUR ROLE
- Implementation and optimization of analytical methods
- Processing and improvement of test sequences
- Construction, support, adaptation, and validation of laboratory equipment and complex test apparatuses
- Implementation of chemical conversions or production of prototypes of new products
- Quality control of market products and research prototypes
- Presentation, evaluation, documentation, and initial assessment of measurement results
- Adherence to occupational safety and quality assurance guidelines
- Documentation of protocols
Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training or apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory assistant, physics laboratory assistant, chemical-technical assistant, or comparable
- Ability to accurately implement technical regulations and a detailed understanding of technical data
- Enthusiasm for solving technical problems
- Interest in continuous learning through on-the-job training and internal education
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and German
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, organizational skills, and teamwork
