About us: European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between TSMC, Bosch, Infineon, and NXP, establishing a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in Dresden, Europe. We are seeking a highly motivated: Chemical Distribution Systems Engineer (CDS) (m/f/d).

Responsibilities include being the system owner for Chemical, Gas, and Slurry Dispense Systems, ensuring safety, reliability, efficiency, and compliance. You will collaborate with teams, optimize operations, develop documentation, and support installations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and operate ESMC's 300mm semiconductor fab.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical dispense systems.
• Develop maintenance plans, SOPs, and training programs.
• Analyze data to improve efficiency and safety.
• Support system design, construction, and commissioning.
• Identify cost-saving and reliability improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical training and mentorship.
• Manage incident response using FMEA, RCA, and 6S/8D methods.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or related.
• 10+ years experience with Gas & Chemical Dispense Systems.
• Knowledge of industrial processing or semiconductor facilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficient with MS Office and discipline-specific software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
