- You are responsible for the development and preparation of all dessert creations at the highest level
- You plan and organize your post independently and are responsible for compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- You design creative pastry creations that perfectly match the style of the house
- You prepare the courses at the chef’s table live in front of the guests and are in direct contact with them
- You work closely with the head chef and sous chef and contribute your own ideas to the menu
- You support your team and also work across departments with service and kitchen
