Responsibilities

1. Ensure smooth service during the evening in the Dünenrestaurant.
2. Provide personalized service and act as a contact person for guests.
3. Prepare the mise-en-place.
4. Book sales in the Matrix cash register system.
5. Guide team members and maintain overview during service.
6. Promote house products and actively offer them to guests.
7. Convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling at all times.
