How does your working day look like …

  • Ensure that the evening shift runs smoothly in your area, with all tables and workstations clean, enabling teamwork even during busy times.
  • Maintain a high standard of service and motivate colleagues to deliver a memorable experience for guests.
  • Keep the service flowing smoothly, ensuring guest satisfaction and the "wow" factor.
  • Support and train our Commis and apprentices in the restaurant to ensure they are well-prepared.

  • Have training in the hotel industry or initial professional experience in gastronomy or service, with relevant field experience.
