• In your area, you ensure that the evening shift runs smoothly in the restaurant, that all tables and workstations are clean, so that you can work hand in hand as a team - even if all guests arrive at the same time.
• You stand out for a high standard of service and encourage your colleagues to enjoy an equally special service experience.
• You never run empty and make sure to bring the "wow" on our guests' faces.
• You take care of our Commis and apprentices in the restaurant and ensure that they are well trained.
