Our Chef de Partie plays a key role in maintaining culinary excellence across the business, helping to define and uphold the high standards of the Verōnika Restaurant & Bar culinary program. Reporting directly to the Verōnika Chef de Cuisine and Fotografiska Executive Chef, this role oversees all culinary operations to deliver high-quality, seasonal, sustainable, innovative, and wellness-focused menus. Candidates should have leadership experience in high-volume, concept-driven kitchens and a passion for diverse cuisines and culturally responsive menus.
