In the German alps, we represent a luxury hotel. A talented, versatile Chef De Partie is needed for their award-winning kitchen.

At this hotel, the Chef de Partie supervises the culinary team and ensures quality food preparation to provide excellent service to guests as well as to help control food costs.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and presenting every meal to the Head Chef's specifications and ensuring a quick service
• Maintaining a neat and well-presented kitchen
• You are knowledgeable about food hygiene and health & safety standards and you ensure your team and you are safe at all times
• Creating, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in your area of expertise
• Supervising and training any commis working for you
• Assisting the sous-chef and the head-chef with the creation of new dishes and menus
• Having high standards of food safety and adhering to all health and safety laws on your team

Requirements

Spoken German or English is a requirement.
