Job summary

Bella Bona in Germany is hiring a Chef (m/w/d) to join the Remcheid kitchen on a full-time, permanent basis. You will plan weekly catering and daily lunch production, coordinate with the supply chain, and ensure dishes can be regenerated for clients.

We seek an experienced, hands-on chef with catering production experience for 20–500 pax, knowledge of international cuisine, and fluent English. Join a friendly, international team with regular shifts and daily staff meals.

Qualifications

• Experienced chef for hands-on production.
• Experience in catering production for 20–500 pax.
• Knowledge across international and European cuisine, finger food, desserts, buffet setups.
• Experience in production planning and leading kitchen helpers.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Planning the weekly catering and daily lunch production.
• Reviewing order requests and aligning with supply chain to ensure product availability.
• Preparing mise en place to the point where dishes can be regenerated and sent to the client.
• Improving existing menu items and developing new ones alongside the product team.

Your mission

• Planning the weekly catering and daily lunch production
• Reviewing order requests and aligning with supply chain to ensure product availability
• Preparing mise en place to the point where dishes can be regenerated and sent to the client
• Improving existing menu items and developing new ones alongside the product team

Your profile

• Experienced chef willing to produce and cook hands-on
• Experience in catering production for 20–500 pax
• Knowledge across international and European cuisine, finger food, desserts, flying buffet, buffet stations (lunch -and dinner), BBQ
• Experience in production planning and leading kitchen helpers with limited culinary backgrounds
• Fluent in English
