Faststream Recruitment are searching for an experienced Chartering Manager to join an established Ship Owner & Operator, with the flexibility to work remotely and the potential to help shape a future office presence.

What we're looking for :

• 2–3 years of experience in chartering , ideally with exposure to either Dry Bulk or MPP sectors
• Deep understanding of European and / or African shipping markets
• A self-starter with the drive to develop business and build relationships locally
• Based in Hamburg (or willing to relocate), with the ability to work remotely and independently
• Open to long-term growth within a company that supports team expansion and local autonomy
