• Based on the company's strategic planning, take full responsibility for regional marketing and branding
• Formulate overall offline marketing strategies and plans Develop a regional annual promotion calendar, and make budget plans accordingly
• Be responsible for local brand building and marketing promotion
• Carry out various brand marketing and offline activities centered around target channels and customers to enhance brand image and product promotion efficiency, assisting the sales team in continuously expanding market share
• Prepare product promotion materials, convert product selling points from technical language to market language, and output a product promotion TOOLKIT to make marketing promotion more efficient
• Be responsible for the localized design and production of promotional materials, output the promotional material system, and provide the sales team with sales tools, materials, and customer cases to support sales in market expansion
• Conduct market research to deeply understand the industry and grasp market dynamics, competitor activities, and product trends, assist in conducting consumer insights and research, and provide strategic support for the company's business development and differentiated competition
• Offline terminal construction and management, planning and execution of terminal promotion schemes, and assistance in joint promotions with customers
• Be responsible for local channel promotions and integrated marketing efforts, assisting the sales team in carrying out themed promotions and integrated marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and increase sales

Qualifications

• Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for marketing professionals who can speak minor languages such as German, Italian, Spanish, or French
• More than 5 years of experience in brand promotion or marketing
• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in brand marketing and product promotion, with a preference for those familiar with the mother and baby or intelligent hardware industries
• Have strong marketing and brand shaping capabilities
• Have a beginner's mindset and rapid learning ability
• Strong business promotion skills, able to accept challenges and withstand greater work pressure, pragmatic, grounded, and entrepreneurial
