Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify, engage, and close new channel business opportunities with key decision-makers.
- Support sales meetings alongside Channel Sales Representatives.
- Develop and manage relationships with distribution and channel partners.
- Analyze customer needs, propose solutions, and secure contracts.
- Expand existing accounts to grow indirect sales opportunities.
- Drive custom development projects for strategic deals.
- Manage pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and partner programs.
- Implement business plans with clear targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners and internal teams.
- Travel as required to meet clients and partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of successful channel sales experience in B2B environments, with a strong "hunter" mentality and proven track record in new business development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with evolving priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and German.
- Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, and Product Management teams.
- Solid understanding of industry trends and technologies, with the ability to confidently present solutions to partners and customers.
