- Channel Sales Manager – C&I Energy Storage (Germany)

- Develop and manage sales channels in Germany, including distributors, EPCs, and installers;
- Drive direct sales to C&I customers (e.g. rooftop PV + storage, peak shaving, self-consumption optimization);
- Deliver full-cycle sales : lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract closing;
- Gather market insights on policies, competitors, and application trends in Germany’s C&I storage sector;
- Coordinate internally with technical support, logistics, and after-sales teams to deliver seamless execution.
- 3+ years sales experience in renewable energy, preferably in C&I solar, storage, or power electronics ;
- Proven channel sales experience – distributor management, onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle control;
- Fluent in English (working language); German is a plus, but not mandatory;
- Strong self-drive and entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently and deliver results;
- Candidates with established channel resources in the commercial and industrial energy storage sector will be given priority.
