Qualifikationen

  • Channel Sales Manager – C&I Energy Storage (Germany)

Location : Germany (Remote work supported)

  • Develop and manage sales channels in Germany, including distributors, EPCs, and installers;
  • Drive direct sales to C&I customers (e.g. rooftop PV + storage, peak shaving, self-consumption optimization);
  • Deliver full-cycle sales : lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract closing;
  • Gather market insights on policies, competitors, and application trends in Germany’s C&I storage sector;
  • Coordinate internally with technical support, logistics, and after-sales teams to deliver seamless execution.
  • 3+ years sales experience in renewable energy, preferably in C&I solar, storage, or power electronics ;
  • Proven channel sales experience – distributor management, onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle control;
  • Fluent in English (working language); German is a plus, but not mandatory;
  • Strong self-drive and entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently and deliver results;
  • Candidates with established channel resources in the commercial and industrial energy storage sector will be given priority.
