Channel Managed Print Service Business & Solutions Development Manager (m/f/d)

Description -

We are looking for a Channel Managed Print Service & Solutions Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to drive Managed Print Service & Solution Growth in the reseller channel. Our aim is to develop Contractual Print partners and support the Partner Business Managers in Germany. The candidate, who has both strong sales and business management skills, with experience in the software space, would be based in our Print Project Channel and will be responsible for a set of partners in the German market. The role includes understanding, driving and achieving sales targets and, as part of the country sales organizations, the execution of centrally designed initiatives, utilizing global tools to promote local channel business, as well as analyzing market environment and challenges, and consolidating local requests and help needed. Responsibility also includes establishing the right business governance with the partner landscape and managing the current channel activities. Main focus of the role is the Print software solutions portfolio. This role is ideal for people who want to be part of the growing HP Managed Print Service business area for the future and drive its growth and development. Partner enablers to help grow sales and delivery of HP Print Solutions and Services (including value proposition, program, tools, dashboards, incentives).

Responsibilities:

  • Partner enablement on digital services portfolio: value proposition, collaterals, trainings
  • Partner selection, segmentation, adoption, certification
  • Services channel programs deployment
  • Partner Solutions and Services joint business plan for top partners
  • Partner education on channel tools, programs, growth initiatives
  • Support partners in Small Medium Business and Midmarket end-user appointment
  • Business dashboards and analysis
  • Linkage to technical support resources
  • Provide feedback on products, pricing, value proposition, sales enablement, and growth initiatives to our Solutions Category

  • Sell-thru, solutions and services mix

  • Number of partners selling Solutions & Services
  • Channel program partner participation

Education and Experience Required:

  • Degree in Business Management, Economics, Technical major or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in the above mentioned fields

Key required experience / attributes:

  • Software sales background
  • Partner management experience
  • Good mix of analytical and action-oriented mindset
  • Good communication skills within Market and on global level
  • Fluent knowledge of both English and German language
  • Availability to travel 50% of the time
