HubSpots Solutions Partner Program is looking for a Growth Partner Development Manager to scale selling and servicing by enabling new partners. HubSpots Solutions Partner Program is a reselling program for companies that want to grow their businesses by providing exceptional inbound services to their clients.

As a Growth Partner Development Manager (PDM) you will lead the enablement and growth plans for newly acquired partners that allow partners to successfully comarket cosell and coservice HubSpot customers. As a Growth PDM you have a unique responsibility of driving partner sourced deals while concurrently developing partners servicing efforts with the goal of helping partners tier to Gold and beyond. In this role you will :

  • Manage a Book of Business Independently and successfully manage up to 150 Hubspot Solutions Partners. This includes proactively nurturing retaining and expanding key Solutions Partners accounts (and their client portfolios) while also supporting additional partner relationships using scale motions and onetomany strategies.
  • Coach and Develop Partners Empower and guide partners gotomarket strategy by sharing best practices for coselling with HubSpot packaging and pricing services and retaining and growing customers. Act as liaison between the partner and the ecosystem resources connecting the partner to opportunities to grow their businesses and partnership with HubSpot.
  • Apply Business Insight Understand the partners business structure to help Partners position HubSpot ROI and service and retain HubSpot customers. Review key data to gain valuable insights into the Partners operations customers markets and overall performance.
  • Drive Partner Sales Influence partner sales and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation. Consult with Partners on their processes execution and service delivery. Explain features and benefits of HubSpot products to help customers make purchasing decisions and identify opportunities to increase the value of a sale by upselling or crossselling.
  • Collaborate across Teams Advocate for your partners with internal HubSpot stakeholders to resolve customer issues drive renewals and support partner growth.
  • Incorporate Diversity Inclusion and Belonging (DI&B) into your work through discussion education and / or advocacy around DI&Brelated topics.

We are looking for someone who :

  • Is fluent in written and spoken German French & English
  • Has 2years of experience in customerfacing roles bonus if sales experience.
  • 2 years of experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
  • Strong sense of prioritization and time management skills. Able to balance high volume while focusing on outcomes and results. Experience working on scale teams is a bonus.
  • Ideally has experience in the software (SaaS) industry and therefore has an understanding of SaaS gotomarket models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort
  • Ability to proactively identify areas in the partner development strategy that require strengthening (i.e. models processes and tools).
  • Ability to identify required resources and gather requirements drive a sense of common purpose and shared goals / vision and deliver results as an outcome of ongoing or timebound work
  • Thrives in a fastpaced working environment can work autonomously and pivot quickly to changing business needs
  • Can take an ambiguous problem make sense of it and propose a path forward.
  • Cares deeply about customercentricity and HubSpots mission of helping millions of organizations grow better.
