A cybersecurity firm is seeking a Channel & Field Marketing Manager in Berlin. This role involves designing events to enhance visibility in the DACH region, developing marketing initiatives with partners, and tracking campaign impact. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in German and English. Flexible remote work options are available.
We’re looking for a hands-on Channel & Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team – someone who doesn’t just plan campaigns and events but brings them to life with creativity and energy. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in making our brand more visible across the DACH region, actively engaging with our Managed Service Providers (MSPs), resellers, and insurance broker partners – all while helping us attract new customers through strong collaboration.
You’ll design and organize events that boost Eye Security’s visibility across the DACH region from roadshows and partner formats to trade fairs and webinars.
You’ll develop channel marketing initiatives in collaboration with our MSPs, resellers, and broker partners with the goal of generating demand together.
You’ll bring our brand to the places that matter – both live and digital – through events, media, and thought leadership.
You’ll run regional campaigns and localize central content into relevant marketing actions – from email campaigns to content placements.
You’ll track impact: leads, reach, conversion and optimize what doesn’t deliver.
A degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a focus on channel marketing (agency experience is a plus).
A strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns and events with measurable outcomes ideally in a scale-up environment.
Solid understanding of PR and communications within the German-speaking market.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (landing pages, email workflows, lead nurturing, etc.) is essential.
Excellent organizational skills and data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of KPIs.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for events and partner meetings.
Meaningful Work: Help protect companies across Europe from cyber threats as part of a highly skilled and passionate team
Flexible Work Environment: Work fully remotely from anywhere in Germany or choose a hybrid setup from our offices in Berlin or Duisburg
Team Culture: Regular meet-ups and a yearly company-wide retreat in inspiring locations like Spain, Portugal, or Italy
More than Vacation: Additional paid days for volunteering, personal time off, and well-being
Your Setup, Your Choice: Whether you prefer Mac or Windows – you decide what works best for you
