- Coordination and management of communication measures via various channels (e.g. communication platform on Confluence, newsletter, emails, Viva Engage)
- Creation and preparation of communication content and materials
- Creating and coordinating presentations for forums and steering committees
- Close coordination of communication activities with the rollout managers and initiative management
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of system-supported surveys
- Organization and implementation of events to support the rollouts and the initiative (e.g. kick-off events, roadshows, closing events)
- Planning and organization of workshops (e.g. lessons learned workshops)
- Carrying out stakeholder analyses
- Supporting the implementation of the rollout-specific training strategy
- Managing the development of training materials and e-learning content
Your profile
- Completed studies with a focus on communication, marketing or business administration
- At least 3 years of professional experience in internal communication and change management
- Strong team and communication skills as well as a confident manner and assertiveness
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Ideally experience in using collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence)
