  • Coordination and management of communication measures via various channels (e.g. communication platform on Confluence, newsletter, emails, Viva Engage)
  • Creation and preparation of communication content and materials
  • Creating and coordinating presentations for forums and steering committees
  • Close coordination of communication activities with the rollout managers and initiative management
  • Planning, implementation and evaluation of system-supported surveys
  • Organization and implementation of events to support the rollouts and the initiative (e.g. kick-off events, roadshows, closing events)
  • Planning and organization of workshops (e.g. lessons learned workshops)
  • Carrying out stakeholder analyses
  • Supporting the implementation of the rollout-specific training strategy
  • Managing the development of training materials and e-learning content

Your profile
