Operations is the driving force behind Amazon. This key service of our business allows us to fulfill and ship orders efficiently so that our customers receive their items on time. As a Change Manager, you will ensure that your site functions perfectly to meet the demands of our customers. You will take on a number of projects across our network to drive productivity.
Key job responsibilities:
A day in the life:
You will work on one of our sites, ensuring it is as productive as possible. Your main task will be the governance of ongoing site changes and compliance; You ensure the site understands, accepts and implements all changes from global and EU initiatives and are responsible for progress audits. You will report to the Site Manager and functionally to ACES for changes.

Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles ‘last mile’ delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers’ delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for concepts like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants.
Our operations are 24/7, with locations mostly working through the night, and include a network of delivery contractors with Amazon Flex. We focus on overcoming logistics challenges and reducing our carbon footprint through innovative vehicles and technology, including Electric Vehicles.
