We seek experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Specialists to support AFRICOM’s mission objectives.

CACI offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Change Manager. This role supports a DoD organization, US AFRICOM, located in Stuttgart, Germany.

The successful candidate must communicate clearly, both written and oral, and present ideas professionally. The role requires working in a high-tempo, fast-paced environment with team interaction and coordination. Experience in governance and interfacing with client managers and system users across multiple programs is essential.

The Change Manager will handle change management planning, routine training, configuration integration, change control, audits, and documentation. Responsibilities include managing the change advisory board (CAB), regulating change processes, tracking issues, trend analysis, verifying requirements with configuration management, and establishing change management metrics and dashboards. The role involves defining and measuring the success of change initiatives and ensuring compliance through audits. The candidate will support enterprise IT services, lead change management initiatives rooted in ITIL methodologies, and facilitate effective stakeholder communication to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

  • Current adjudicated Secret Clearance and ability to maintain it
  • Professional certification meeting or exceeding DoD 8570.01, IAM I
  • Expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • In-depth knowledge of change requests, CAB, CCB, and related activities
  • Technical leadership and cross-training skills
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
  • BA/BS + 5 years or AA/AS + 7 years or equivalent experience
  • Process documentation skills
  • Experience acting as a liaison between release and deployment teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and proficiency in team settings
  • TESA eligibility

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
  • Security+ CE
  • Experience in enterprise IT strategic customer engagement and support
  • Experience supporting CJTF
  • Knowledge of complex program or portfolio management
