CACI offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Change Manager. This role supports a DoD organization, US AFRICOM, located in Stuttgart, Germany.
The successful candidate must communicate clearly, both written and oral, and present ideas professionally. The role requires working in a high-tempo, fast-paced environment with team interaction and coordination. Experience in governance and interfacing with client managers and system users across multiple programs is essential.
The Change Manager will handle change management planning, routine training, configuration integration, change control, audits, and documentation. Responsibilities include managing the change advisory board (CAB), regulating change processes, tracking issues, trend analysis, verifying requirements with configuration management, and establishing change management metrics and dashboards. The role involves defining and measuring the success of change initiatives and ensuring compliance through audits. The candidate will support enterprise IT services, lead change management initiatives rooted in ITIL methodologies, and facilitate effective stakeholder communication to mitigate risks.
