Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven change management expertise to lead a highly strategic group-wide reorganization project . This role will focus on managing the change stream , driving business transformation, and ensuring alignment across internal stakeholder groups during structural and operational shifts-not solely focused on cost reduction but on long-term organizational development.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the change stream of a high-impact, strategic reorganization initiative

Design and implement change management methodologies to support business transformation

Align project activities with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations

Facilitate effective communication across teams and leadership levels

Manage internal movement and team restructuring across departments

Monitor progress, track KPIs, and adjust implementation plans as needed

Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and discretion throughout the project lifecycle

Key Requirements :

6-10 years of experience in project and change management , ideally in large-scale reorg or transformation programs

Fluent German and strong communication skills (written and verbal) are essential

Experience working in strategic, group-wide projects with senior-level stakeholders

Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci)

Proven ability to manage sensitive and high-confidentiality projects

Energy sector experience is a strong advantage

Comfortable with remote work and occasional in-country travel
