Overview of tasks:

• Implement new projects according to Telus standard processes and systems.
• Ensure KPIs of the Business Partner and Telus are considered in project setup.
• Teach project-relevant hard skills to Managers.
• Partner with internal & external stakeholders to coordinate workflow, workforce, and learning changes.
• Identify risks/issues in project implementations and communicate proactively.
• Translate business requirements into implementation plans.
• Present progress reports and solutions to stakeholders.
• Manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.

We are looking for:

• Experience in Project Management is a plus.
• At least 2 years in the BPO industry, preferably in quality, change delivery, or team management.
• Project Manager Certification is a plus.
• Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective handling of ambiguity and challenging timelines.
• Excellent English skills (C1).
• Goal-oriented, structured, and sustainable working style.
• Attentive listener with keen perception to detail.
