We are seeking a Change Control Manager (w/m/d) for the Research & Development (R&D) department within the Center of Excellence (CoE) Infusion & Pain Therapy (IPT) at the Hospital Care (HC) division, located in Melsungen. You will plan and coordinate all global product and process changes within the Transfer & Change team, managing them from submission to registration completion in markets. Your role supports continuous market supply and strategic objectives by overseeing the entire change process, working closely with worldwide development and production sites, and facing diverse challenges daily.

1. Support interdisciplinary teams in planning, implementing, and tracking change projects (Change Control).
2. Manage interfaces and coordinate activities.
3. Organize and conduct international training on the Change Control process.
4. Continuously improve the existing Change Control process to meet strategic goals.
5. Enhance monitoring and reporting systems for ongoing change projects.
6. Require a recognized technical qualification and several years of experience in the relevant field, or a Bachelor's degree in engineering with ideally some experience in Change Control.
7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to manufacturing and development of non-active medical devices.
8. Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
9. Routine use of MS Office applications.
