We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and are looking for a motivated employee for the position of "Change & Communication Manager" (d/f/m).

• Contribute to defining the "Industrial Supply Chain & Digital Operations" organization, including communication, change & culture transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Monitor and follow up on the progress of the roadmap.
• Perform business management activities for the (C&C) platform, including harmonization and design improvements.
• Collaborate with (C&C) networks and corporate communication to shape department image and values.
• Advise leadership on communication strategies, including message alignment and channel selection (e.g., roadshows, onboarding events, weblive, symposium, OTalk, hub, social media).
• Design and execute team development initiatives and workshops to foster team spirit, collaboration, agility, empowerment, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, resilience, and well-being.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, International Management, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Over three years of professional experience in change management, project management, and process improvement.
• Very good knowledge of change management.
• Good knowledge of project management.
• Proficient in German.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (about 1-2 times per month within Europe, duration approx. 2-3 days).
