POSITION
The future holder of the Chain Account Manager (all genders) position will be responsible for corporate hotel program optimization (book ability & compliance of the hotel program, increase of corporate business) and the analysis and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for strategic hotel chain partners in the respective region. You will plan, implement, and execute strategies and initiatives with your partners, while elevating and boosting our revenue streams.
This role is a key interface between the needs of our corporate customers and hotel chain partners. You will work closely with the enterprise and procurement departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience. As a direct report to the Director of Sales, you will manage and develop key hotel chain partner relationships.
