We are looking for a Trade Management Team Leader (m / f / d)

Your responsibilities

1. Leadership of the Trade Management organization with people management responsibility
2. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and preparation of reports
3. Management of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) based on sales programs, promotions, and budgets
4. Examination and management of yearly agreements
5. Clarification of debit notes, including internal and external customer communication
6. Creation and dispatch of sales reports for all internal and external sales areas (customers) and our field service
7. Support the company’s sales and risk management
8. Require 10+ years of professional experience in a comparable position, including at least 2 years of leadership experience
9. University degree in a relevant field
10. Industry knowledge
11. Fluent English and German skills; Korean skills are an advantage
12. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
13. Flexible mindset and affinity for numbers
14. Experience in a modern and international working environment
