We are looking for a Trade Management Assistant Manager (m/f/d):

Responsibilities:

• Management of sales programs and promotions
• Examination and management of yearly agreements
• Processing and clarification of debit notes and invoices including internal and external customer communication
• Producing and analyzing sales reports and various business reports for internal stakeholders and customers
• Supporting the sales teams and risk management
• Sales program budget management
• Business process analysis
• Issue finding and problem solving
• Establishing and implementing processes and policies

Qualifications:

• Commercial training in wholesale/industry or university degree preferred
• 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Industry knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Flexible mindset and affinity for numbers desired
