Join Our Team as a Certified Workday Consultant (Core HCM, Absence, Talent, or Recruitment)

Are you an experienced Workday Consultant looking to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment? We are seeking a certified professional in Core HCM, Absence, Talent, or Recruitment who is fluent in both German and English to join our team and help deliver high-quality HR technology solutions to our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementations with a strong focus on understanding and adapting to both German- and English-speaking client environments.

• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into customized Workday solutions.

• Configure, test, and optimize Workday modules while ensuring system reliability and alignment with business goals.

• Provide training and support in both German and English to ensure client adoption and long-term success.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Keep thorough documentation of configurations, updates, and key project deliverables.

• Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to provide forward-thinking recommendations.

• Manage project plans, risks, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Your Profile

• Certified in at least one Workday module: Core HCM, Absence, Talent, or Recruitment.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday implementations, support, or migration projects.

• Deep knowledge of Workday configuration and cloud-based HR systems.

• Fluency in both German and English is essential — you will be working with stakeholders across German-speaking and international markets.
