We are seeking a skilled and certified aluminum Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on various materials and components according to engineering specifications and industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols.
· Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan welding operations
· Inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
· Always ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines
· Operate and maintain welding equipment in proper working condition
· Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product integrity
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Complete required documentation and records accurately as needed
· Proficiency in MIG, with TIG experience a plus!
Trailer frame experience is a plus.
Work Environment:
· Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
· Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
· Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
Schedule:
· Full-time position with potential for overtime based on production needs.
· Flexible to work shifts as required, including occasional weekends.

Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED
· AWS (American Welding Society) certification
· Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial welding environment
· Minimum 1 year of experience in welding aluminum.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, drawings and welding symbols
· Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations
· Strong attention to detail and quality and a commitment to produce quality work
· Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying positions and environment
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
