The role involves problem-solving, patenting, and collaboration across international teams in Germany and the USA.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop ceramic components and coatings for the semiconductor industry.
  2. Advance innovative ceramic materials, with experience in plasma physics as a plus.
  3. Identify and solve complex technical problems, and develop solutions.
  4. Protect technologies through patent filings.
  5. Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Operations teams.
  6. Participate in international teamwork to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
  1. Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics; PhD preferred.
  2. Research or product development experience.
  3. Experience in semiconductor processes such as plasma etching, CVD, and epitaxy.
  4. Strong organizational and methodological skills.
  5. Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
  6. Independent, team-oriented, customer-focused, and reliable work approach.
