Job summary

NAXCON GmbH is seeking a Ceramic Composite Manufacturing Employee for its Neuss, Germany location. The role involves hands-on bonding, frame building for module production, and operating heating equipment on a 35-hour weekly schedule.

Strong manual skills and reading drawings are beneficial. Ideal candidates are physically fit, have a trade background or relevant manual experience, and possess good German language abilities.

Qualifications

• Preferably vocational training in a trade, or hands-on workers with good dexterity.
• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks.
• Ability to read and understand drawings is a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts (3 shifts desired, 2 shifts currently).

Responsibilities

• Bonding components for ceramic modules.
• Build frames (cassettes) for module production.
• Layout ceramic plates for processing.
• Operate heating tables during manufacturing.

Requirements

• Preferably vocational training in a trade—(we've had good experiences with tradespeople, assemblers, and painters/finishers)—or employees with manual dexterity
• Physically fit
• Ability to read and understand drawings is a plus
• Manual dexterity
• Willingness to work 3 shifts—currently still 2 shifts
• Good German language skills
