Job Description

This position requires strong business and leadership skills. We are seeking an accomplished businessperson who is a team player with excellent leadership abilities, capable of building, managing, and motivating a team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in the language of the retail industry.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective business strategies and growth plans.
2. Take responsibility for P&L management.
3. Ensure employees are motivated and productive.
4. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all business operations.
5. Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
6. Set targets, monitor progress, and take corrective actions as needed.
7. Build and optimize business processes.

Profile and Experience:

• Academic degree in Business, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• Background in marketing and/or sales.
• Previous experience as CEO or COO, preferably within a retail company.
• Retail management experience, including physical stores and e-commerce, is highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of experience in the German market.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
