About the role:

The Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead for Germany will drive and execute strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee experience. This role focuses on process improvement, standardization, digital transformation, and deploying tools and best practices. The CoE Lead will collaborate with local teams to achieve their objectives, prioritize change requests for international Smart Automation & product teams, and ensure the successful implementation of strategic goals.

Key responsibilities:

Process Improvement & Digital Transformation:

• Identify and implement automation, standardization, and improvement opportunities using digital tools and AI
• Develop and maintain SOPs for operational consistency
• Roll out new tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration
• Deliver training to maximize adoption and proficiency
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance or develop solutions
• Focus on standardization and eliminating non-value-added work

Strengthening the Operating Model:

• Implement lean methodologies to streamline processes
• Manage task transitions to centralized hubs
• Establish certification programs for service standards
• Identify strategies for growth and scalability

Enhancing Customer Experience:

• Gather and analyze customer feedback for improvements
• Implement initiatives to boost satisfaction and loyalty
• Work with customer service teams to ensure positive experiences

Supporting Market Objectives & Strategic Rollout:

• Plan projects with milestones and success criteria
• Facilitate strategic initiatives rollout, aligning with local needs
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders
• Partner with COE leaders to support target achievement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience in process improvement and digital transformation
• Strong understanding of lean methodologies
• Excellent project management skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in training development and delivery
• Strategic thinking and change management skills
• Proactiveness, structured working approach, and teamwork skills
