We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Central Utility Plant (CUP) Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our central utility plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all CUP systems, including steam boilers, chillers, and associated distribution networks. This is a critical leadership role that requires a strong technical background and proven managerial skills to maintain essential base services.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Requires the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in various positions for extended periods. Must be able to work in diverse conditions, including exposure to high temperatures, loud noise, and confined spaces.
Must be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government's background investigation.
